About this Event
Prepare for your new arrival with an interactive, hands-on class designed to help expectant parents and support persons feel more confident caring for a newborn. Baby Care Basics covers what to expect during your baby’s first weeks, including newborn characteristics and behaviors, bathing, diapering, swaddling, soothing techniques, safe sleep recommendations and recognizing your baby’s cues.
Whether you are preparing for your first baby or looking for a refresher, this class offers practical education and hands-on practice to help you feel prepared for the transition home.

Registration: Required. Class size is limited. Each participant is welcome to bring one guest for added support.
